What We Do
The Department of Human Resources oversees Talbot County’s workforce to promote efficiency, engagement, and overall employee satisfaction. Its mission is to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals who contribute to the county’s continued success. Key areas of focus include Recruitment and Staffing, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Health and Safety.
