Anyone seeking to sell alcohol in a business or organization in Talbot County should be aware of the County's regulations for Alcohol licenses and sales. General information on Liquor in Talbot County can be found here.
The Talbot County Liquor Board reviews all applications, violations, and rules and regulations related to the sale of Liquor.

To report a violation of the county alcoholic beverages code or state alcoholic beverages law, please contact the Office of Code Compliance at 410-770-8177 or jmullikin@talbotcountymd.gov.
2025-2026 Liquor Renewal Application
The 2025-2026 Application is now availiable. As a reminder, all 2024-2025 alcoholic beverage licenses expire on April 30, 2025. All alcoholic beverages license renewal applications must be filed to the board on or before March 31, 2025.

The Liquor Board meetings 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month beginning at 10:00 a.m. pending an agenda. Meetings are open to the public and usually held in the Bradley Meeting Room, Talbot County Circuit Courthouse, South Wing, 11 N. Washington Street, Easton, Maryland 21601 unless otherwise stated.

[details]The Liquor Board will meet on April 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The meetings will convene in open session for the purpose of moving to convene in Closed Session. The meetings will be held in the Bradley Meeting Room, Talbot County Circuit Courthouse, South Wing, 11 N. Washington Street, Easton, Maryland 21601. Closed session pursuant to Md. Code Ann., General Provisions § 3-305(b)(7) and (8) to consult with the County Attorney regarding pending litigation.
