Public Works provides services to enhance wastewater treatment, to efficiently recycle, collect trash and dispose of waste, and to design and construct County infrastructure and provide innovative solutions that maintain a high quality of life for residents and visitors of Talbot County.

Sewage Discharge Discovered and Contained at 7664 Blueberry Acres Road

On Tuesday March 25, 2025, at approximately 1:00 p.m., Talbot County Sanitary District personnel discovered a sewage spill at 7664 Blueberry Acres Road while performing routine work related to potential new sewer connections. The spill was observed as sewage surfacing through the curb valve.
