Local Drug and Alcohol Abuse Council
Assesses current substance abuse prevention, intervention, and treatment capabilities, especially as they address criminal justice issues, and develop a strategy for meeting system needs. It is further charged with developing and submitting regular plans to the Governor regarding the County's progress in this matter.
