Right-of-Way Permitting
Permits apply to all construction, reconstruction, maintenance, and other work activities performed within county road Right of Way.
Examples of work requiring a permit include:
- New or improved driveway access
- Street or utility Cuts
- Access to pull wires paved on overlayed driveways
The permit can be found here: Request to Perform Work and be mailed, emailed, or delivered to the Roads Department.
