The 2026 event will take place Wednesday, October 28th from 6 to 8 p.m. and feature ice skating, trick-or-treating, face painting, photo opportunities, inflatables and other Halloween activities for children and families.

Families are invited to celebrate Halloween with a night of costumes, candy and family fun at Talbot County Parks and Recreation’s annual BOOnanza at the Talbot County Community Center.

The 2026 event will take place Wednesday, October 28th from 6 to 8 p.m. and feature ice skating, trick-or-treating, face painting, photo opportunities, inflatables and other Halloween activities for children and families.

Guests are encouraged to come dressed in costume and enjoy an evening of Halloween fun throughout the Community Center.

“BOOnanza is one of our favorite community events because it gives families a fun and safe way to celebrate Halloween together,” said Ellie Kilmon, Program Coordinator. “From skating and trick-or-treating to costumes and activities, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.”

No pre-registration is required. Admission is $10 per child; children ages 2 and under are admitted free. Payment will be accepted at the door.
