We've been made aware of the fraudulent email circulating that falsely claims participants must pay an egregious sum to receive approval for their Planning and Zoning permit.  These messages are not legitimate and were not sent by Talbot County Government. 

Please do not click any links or respond to the message. 

We are investigating the issue and have reported it to appropriate authorities. If you received a similar email, we recommend deleting it immediately and reporting it as spam.
