The Talbot County GIS Team is currently developing a new Talbot County Land Use web map application. This site is still under development and is now in its testing phase prior to going live. We anticipate to completely transition to this application by September 1, 2022 and will discontinue the previous version at that time. It will be very helpful if we can get comments both good and bad on usefulness and functionality during this transition phase. Please forward any comments to Bryce Yelton at firstname.lastname@example.org or Mark Cohoon at email@example.com. Thank you for your patience.
This interactive map will help you to find information about current land use patterns such as county zoning, critical areas, water and sewer service areas, FEMA floodplains, and wetlands. We strive to provide accurate information but please verify your information before making financial decisions.
This interactive web map application is dedicated to flood risk. The information contained on this map will enable individual property owners, local planners, developers, surveyors, insurance agents, real estate agents to gain access to information that is otherwise difficult to find and be able to evaluate and discuss flood vulnerability.
